V\u00fdsledkem toho je tzv. epidemie obezity. Cestou vedouc\u00ed z tohoto probl\u00e9mu je pr\u00e1v\u011b sport.Ale jak se p\u0159emoci a pravideln\u011b sportovat? Kde v\u016fbec naj\u00edt motivaci pro pravideln\u00fd sportovn\u00ed v\u00fdkon? To je velmi slo\u017eit\u00e1 ot\u00e1zka, pro ka\u017ed\u00e9ho je to toti\u017e n\u011bco jin\u00e9ho. L\u00e9to je p\u0159\u00edhodn\u00fdm obdob\u00edm pro to, abyste si vytvo\u0159ili ur\u010ditou rutinu, kterou budete dodr\u017eovat i b\u011bhem zimn\u00edch m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f. V\u0161ichni ale v\u00edme, \u017ee zima sportu moc nep\u0159eje, a tak je vhodn\u00e9 si v zim\u011b sport co nev\u00edce zp\u0159\u00edjemnit. Jde to nap\u0159\u00edklad pomoc\u00ed funk\u010dn\u00edho oble\u010den\u00ed Didriksons, kter\u00e9 V\u00e1s udr\u017e\u00ed v pohodl\u00ed, i kdy\u017e po\u010das\u00ed V\u00e1m zrovna dvakr\u00e1t p\u0159\u00e1t nebude.
